He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Blevins and Maggie Pauline Blevins (McQueen); and his siblings, Jacky, Peggy, Sandra and Christine.
He is survived by: his wife Punky Blevins of Pomona Park; his children, Brandon Blevins of Pomona Park and Denean Sellars of East Palatka; his sister Gloria Barnsley (Jim) of Olney, Maryland; and his grandson Daniel Dean Blevins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
