He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Shirley Mauck, Alta Beeler, Clarence Orndorff and Priscilla Orndorff. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Mauck and Donna Orndorff; his wife Mellissia Mauck; his sister Chanda Foltz (Scott); his niece Kyla Mason; his children, Destiny Mauck, Samantha Breuer (Steven), Dallas Juern and Kyle Juern; and his grandchildren, Wilder Steimle, Reagan Juern, Asher Juern, Regan Breuer Savannah Breuer and Hunter Breuer. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
