She was predeceased by: her father Ted Bruce Fultz; her stepparents, Jerry Johnson and Carol Fultz; and her grandson Chase. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Michael Helm; her children, Michael Dennis Helm, Rodney Carl Bruce Helm (Paula), Crystal Marie Range and Rhonda Sue Helm; her mother Ethel Marie Johnson (Keller); her sisters, Sharon Shouse and Sandra Jones (Donald); her stepsiblings, Teddy Fultz Jr. (Darlene), David Johnson, Russell Johnson (Dawn), Julia Fultz and Susan Klein (Al); her grandchildren, Kalee, Doniven, Damian, Jasper, Chloe, Corianna, Tristen, Kiara, Alesha, Jonathan and Felicia; and her great grandchildren, Justice, Jaleah, Peonte Jr., Caspian, Victoria, Tristen Jr., Blair, Moziah, Lester III, Zakayah, Zalayah and Zacari.
