She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles O'Neal and Zerita O'Neal. She is survived by: her brother Edward; and her sister-in-law Lisa O'Neal. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A burial was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
