She is survived by: her husband Terry E. Combee; her son Lyle Combee; her granddaughters, Hannah, Rebekah and Bethany Combee; her siblings, Earlow Costine (Mary Helen) and Marie Smith; her sisters-in-law, Ruth Platt and Betty Costine; and her daughter Debbie Combee Hickox. She is also survived by In-Laws, Nieces, and Nephews.
