He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin C. Underwood Sr. and Frances Underwood (Hazelwood); his wife Sharon Kay Schildknecht; and his sister Nora Jean Vandivier. He is survived by: his children, Devin Underwood (Kathryn) of Indianapolis and Amber Underwood (Ronald Lemay) of Avon Park, Florida; his brother Michael Underwood (Lori) of North Vernon; and his grandchildren, Samantha Underwood of Indianapolis and Arie Underwood of Indianapolis.
Memorials may be made in honor of Marvin through the funeral home to the Cancer Research Institute or Children's Miracle Network.
