In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Walter leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Walter may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Oswald Volz and Louise Volz. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; and his children, David (Nancy) and Kristin Iannarone (Joseph).
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the T. M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home (7001 NW 4th St, Plantation, FL 33317). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church (8001 NW 5th St, Plantation, FL 33324). A burial will be held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at the South Florida National Cemetery (6501 FL-7, Lake Worth, FL 33449).
Memorials in Pastor Volz's honor may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church or Food for the Poor.
