He is survived by: his wife Georgette; and his daughters, Jennifer Morais (Andre) of Tamarac, Kimberly Bossman (Phil) of Holly Springs, NC and Melanie Fox of Sunrise.

Tom has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his name to Saint Jude Children's Hospital. Memorials are requested to St. Jude Childrens Hospital Cemetery Location/Service Thursday, March 31, 2022 11:00 AM.
