She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul and Mary Browning of Ashland, Kentucky.; and her husband David Y Cook. She is survived by: her children, Maribeth, Tom (Shirley) and Ann (Michael); her grandchildren, Michael, Colin, Nathan, Erica and Rachel; and her sister Marilyn Jo Galloway. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
