She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert F. Marks and Mary Marks; her brother Robert Marks Jr.; and her sister-in-law Eileen. She is survived by: her husband Gene Downing; her son Edward Downing (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Riley and Eddie.

The family requests in lieu of flowers please donate to St. Jude or Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital.
