I first met him at the Margate flea market in the early 90’s and he Has always had encouraging words and a great sense of humor.He was a really genuine person . I wish that I had found out about this tragedy sooner. My wife was at the accident scene when it occurred but because of the pandemic and the closing of the market the last we heard was that he was recovering.Our condolences go out to all the family.”
