She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lizardo Lopez and Mercedes Lopez; her husband Reinaldo Rivera; her sister Olga Sandham; her children, Norma, Ed Quackenbush, William, Catherine Rivera and Anthony Rivera; her siblings, Mercedes Lopez (Robert Acosta), Hector, Millie Lopez and Radames Lopez (Betty Ramos); her grandchildren, Bryan, Lu Quackenbush, Josephine, Charlie Kohler, Katie Quackenbush and Shelby Rivera; and her great grandchildren, William, Sophia, Adam and Melissa.
