He is survived by: his wife Renata Canella Brantly; his sons, Howard W Brantly IV Davie (Stacey) and Carlo Wilson Brantly Woodstock (Calista); his grandchildren, Sophia and Jake; and his siblings, Brenda Brantly, Bobby Brantly (Donna), Rick Brantly (Linda) of Milner, GA and Wayne Brantly (Vicki) of Barnesville, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
