She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas. She is survived by: her children, David (Carol), George and Carolyn (Gary). She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Florida UMC Children's Home.
