He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Karen; his children, Kristen Lahman (Jason), Kevin Sobolewski and Kirk Sobolewski (Shannon); his grandchildren, Katherine Sobolewski, Madison Hood (Taylor), Stephanie Sobolewski, Skye Summers, Bailey Sobolewski, Trenton Sobolewski, Kaden Sobolewski, Blaize Lahman, Broden Sobolewski and Baylor Sobolewski; his great grandchild Declan Hood; his parents, Charles Sobolewski and Pauline Sobolewski; and his brother Gene Sobolewski.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the T. M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home (7001 NW 4th St, Plantation, FL 33317). A Mass will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church (200 N University Dr, Plantation, FL 33324). A burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the South Florida National Cemetery (6501 FL-7, Lake Worth, FL 33449).
His contributions to the medical field inspired many, and he continued to influence and mentor others until his retirement in 2002 upon selling the company to Johnson and Johnson.
