She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Witt and Jeanette Sizemore Witt; her husband Kenneth George Mathes; and her children, Tammy Gregory and Michael Mathes.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Mathes (Deedee) and Bruce Mathes (Amy); and her siblings, Alice Faye Carnahan, Barbara Culberson, Jackie Gossert and Brenda Lassiter (Yolanda Guzman). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
