She was predeceased by: her parents, Ovid Waters and Florence Waters; and her siblings, Herbert Waters, Helen Dukes, Herman Waters and Harold Waters.
She is survived by: her husband Palmer Wall; her children, Steven Wall and Susan Bowles (Joe); her grandchildren, Brittany Rodriguez (Christian), Lindsay Barthle (Drew), Bailey Wells (Brandon), Kelsey Snyder (Philip) and Evan Bowles (Caitlin); and her sister-in-law Alice Faye Waters. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and other relatives.
