It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Ruth Hiott (Plant City, Florida), who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ora M. Scott and Harry P. Scott; her brother Bernard Scott; her children, Terry W., Lynn A. and Carol A. Edgemon; her grandchildren, Michelle Baker, Dana Cribbs Davis, Lynnette Mcelravy and Raymond Edgemon; and her great grandchildren, Katherine, Michael Baker, Courtney, Meagan Mcelravy, William Davis III and Nathaniel Edgemon.
