Tegan Coleman Christie Obituary

Tegan Coleman Christie of Plant City, FL was born August 5th, 2005, and died peacefully at home on May 11th, 2023, at the age of 17. Beloved son of T.K. and Shelley Causey Christie and cherished brother of Paris Christie. Loving grandson of Jim and Cheryl Coleman Causey and Tommy and Ruby Christie. Proceeded in death by his great-grandparents A.B. (Dutch) and Peggy Coleman; James and Earline Causey; Johnny and Henrietta Wright; Kirby (Buck) and Martha Christie. Survived by his adoring Aunt Lindsay Causey, Aunt Karen (Eddie) Williams, and many great aunts, great uncles, and many cousins.

Tegan was a junior in high school. He was a true friend to his buddies, Ethan Cody and Brenden Stickles.

Tegan had a deep love for anything outdoors and animals, especially for his labrador retriever, Huntington. Tegan was always a jokester and loved being goofy. He could eat Mexican, ramen, or mac n cheese every day, and he always wanted crab legs when in Florida. He loved fishing, skateboarding, indoor rock climbing, theme parks, throwing a frisbee at the beach, or just chillin' in his hammock with his buddies.

Tegan's family will have a celebration of life on his 18th Birthday in Florida on August 5th. More information about the location and time will be sent out by the family soon.
