He is survived by: his wife Hieu Thi Nguyen; his children, Dien Strickland (Michael), Ngan (Diep), Anh Pham, Tai (Xuan), Duc (Lisa) and Hien Liu (James); his grandchildren, Sarah, Quoc (Christiana), Binh, Christian, Lauren, Brandon, Lillian, Justin, Ashley, Ethan, Nicholas, Abby, Audrey, Vivienne and Julian; his great grandchild Connie; and his brother Thanh Tran (Tam Le). He is also survived by cousins and nieces.
