She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Blanton and Rachel Blanton; the father of her children William C. White, Sr.; her daughter Darla D. Trice; and her grandchildren, Anastasia Hawke and William C. "Sage" White.

She is survived by: her close friend Jerry K. Lawton; her brother Samuel E. Blanton (Beverly); her children, William "Bubba" C. White Jr. and Holly C. Smith (Heath Padgett); her grandchildren, Christina D. Higgs (Jesse), Morgan E. Oliver, Savannah White, Natalie D. Oliver, Mason H. Padgett, Trenton M. Padgett and Jacob A. Padgett; and her great grandchildren, Autumn P. White, Kennedy R. Oliver and Olivia G. Clendening.

Nadine had worked many years at South Florida Baptist Hospital before her diagnosis with Parkinson's Disease.
