He is survived by: his wife Lori Treadaway Collett; his sons, Brian Collett and Brother Billy Collett (Pat); his sister Becky Dickerson (David); and his sisters-in-law, Connie Stone (Lee) and Karen Ehrler (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
