He is survived by: his wife Linda Hazzard; his sons, Keith Hazzard, Scott Hazzard and Jason Hazzard; his siblings, Thomas Moore and Eleanor L'Ecuyer; his grandson Bryce Hazzard; and his nieces and nephews, Alan Moore, Marcella Anderson, Paul L'Ecuyer, Lori Crozier and Rochelle Knight.
