She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Stallard and Goma Stallard; and her brother Grant Stallard. She is survived by: her children, Caroline Marie (Seth) and Jonathan Armistead (Valrie); her husband Dr. Donald P. Humphrey; her grandchildren, Ethan, Elaina Masek, Heidi, Hanah McDaniel, William and Weston Humphrey; her sister-in-law Dr. Joy Schackow (Sam); her nephew Mark Kess; and her niece Dr. Stefanie Stallard. She is also survived by her family and friends.
