She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Phagan; her parents, Rass Berry Collins and Martha Jeanette Bright Collins; and her brothers, William, Junior, Robert, Henry and Joe Collins.

She is survived by: her sisters, Alice Powell and Dolly Mae Padgett; her stepsiblings, Kenneth Delones, Hilda Lee and Betty Carlton; her sons, Timothy (Judy) and Jimmy (Donna Kaye) of Plant City; and her grandchildren, Joanna Romine, Timothy, Jonathan, Joseph and Micah Phagan.
