He was predeceased by: his father Pedro Ibarra; his wife Hermelinda Garcia; and his siblings, Jose N. Arriaga and Valentine Ibarra. He is survived by: his mother Maria Arriaga; his children, Juan M. Garcia, Reynaldo Ibarra, Gavino Ibarra and Crystal Ibarra; and his siblings, Maria, Andres, Margarita, Humberto, Maria S., Veronica Ibarra, Sergio Arriaga, Esther Calvillo and Bernardo Ibarra.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Haught Funeral Home (708 W Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Plant City, FL 33563). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Clement Catholic Church (1104 N Alexander St, Plant City, FL 33563).
