It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Wayne Mattair of Plant City, Florida, who passed away on October 9, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore S. Mattair, and Jessie Mattair, Sr. (Watts); his siblings, Steven Mattair and Rita Hall; his children, Bryan Mattair (Kate), Daniel Mattair (Vanessa) and Holly Mattair; and his siblings, David Mattair (Patricia), Mark Mattair (Danelle), Paul Mattair and Barbara Browning.
