He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Hogland Lawson, Sr.; his wife Karen Lawson; his daughters, Michelle Lawson, Kelley Lawson, Larissa Lawson and Ashley Van Dyken (Doni); and his grandchildren, Alex Athena, Jayce, Nathan, Joey, Piper and Emma. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
