He is survived by: his wife Diane Heth; his daughters, Kellie Heth Collins and Kathie Heth Pagliaro (Stephen); his grandchildren, Benjamin Newsome (Isabel Ulm), Miles Newsome, Grace Pagliaro, Jackson Pagliaro and Vivian Pagliaro; and his siblings, Karen Heth Ackerman (Kenny Ackerman) and Mark Heth.
