He is survived by: his siblings, Clarence Dixson and Margaret Heald; his wife Mildred Dixson; his children, Steven Disxon (Sue), Shirley Smith (Dan), John Jr. Dixson (Debra), James Dixson (Tina) and Mark Dixson (Heidi); and his sister Elizabeth Soos (John). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
