He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Clark and Hattie Mae Clark; his siblings, Carl, Grider, Marie and Francis; and his stepson Danny Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Grace Clark; his stepchildren, Vickie Martin, Cathy Kulon, Julie Harris, Dwayne Clark, Jamie Peacock and Jerry Perry; and his brother Robert Clark. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Children's Home Society and Metropolitan Ministries.
