She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Blanton and Dora May Blanton; her husband Thomas Phelps (Tom); her son Kenneth Phelps (Kenny); and her siblings, Linda, Carol, Margaret, Sharon and Leroy.
She is survived by: her children, Katherine Ann Phillips (Dale), Joyce Ann Folsom, Lorrie Ann Williams (Rance) and Margaret Lyn Thomas (Merdock); and her sister Karen Stephens Graham (Dave). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
