He is survived by: his wife Patricia Crouse; his daughters, Terri Lynn Mitchell (Rick) and Cheryl Ann Audas (Matt); and his siblings, Marilynn Gerkin and Richard Crouse. He is also survived by grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
