She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel, Sr. Sims and Maeola Sims; and her husband Jessie Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Sims, Jeramy Thomas, Thalia Sharrel and Tina Thomas; and her siblings, Michael, Lorenzo Sims and Faye Harris. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other cherished family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Aikens Funeral Home (2708 E Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Tampa, FL 33610). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
