She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Pugh and Lilian Heesom Pugh; her daughter Heather Black; and her brother Kenneth Pugh. She is survived by: her children, Duncan Black (JoAnna) and Della Palmer (Fred Jr.); her brother Graham Pugh; and her sister-in-law Marie Pugh. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and six great- grandchildren.
