She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Tolbert and Edna Beard Tolbert; and her sister Marsha Overman. She is survived by: her husband David Barber; her children, Davnne Wentler (Wayne), Tammy Kinard, Michael Barber (Tonya) and Alfored Barber; and her brother Daniel Tolbert (Becky). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and six great- grandchildren.
