She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Norma Lee Smith (Harper); her siblings, Bobby Lee, Alfred Lee, Ruth Anderson, Ted Lee, Dennis Lee and Rhuenell; and her son-in-law John Walmsley.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Howard; her children, Michael Howard (Jeannie), Joey Howard (Barbara), Debbie Walmsley and Norma Jean Kennedy (James); her grandchildren, Justin Howard (Nicole), Dana Norrington, Sara Athans (Kevin) and Megan Dobiesz (Aaron); and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Tristen, Grace Norrington, Ben, Lowen, Noelle Howard, Ryder, Eli Dobiesz, Emma and Ian Athans.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations are made to Good Shepherd Hospice of Lakeland.
