She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ross and Ellen Louana Ross (McWaters). She is survived by: her children, Ada Nell, Diane, Stanley, Larry "Mike", John "Pat", Joy and Jan; and her husband Edward "E. J." Mahoney (E. J.). She is also survived by her children, 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations my be made in her memory to Friendship Baptist Church.
