He is survived by: his former wife Susan Bair; his wife Delina Bair; and his children, Jared Bair, Tyler Bair, David Bair, Brittany Sizemore, Ashley Cookson, Brandy Aldridge, Breanne Kuklok, Daisha Bair and Noah Bair.
