She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude J. Cole and Mozelle "Modey" Mayes Cole; her husband James Alton Cruickshank; and her siblings, Delcie Lee Cole Moller and Ruben Charles Cole.
She is survived by: her children, George Randolph Cruickshank (Gale), James Alton Cruickshank (Rose), Teresa Marie Bridges (Mike), Michael Cole Cruickshank (Teri), Donald Stephen Cruickshank, Bridgette Ann Cruickshank (Harry Van Druten) and Mary Elizabeth Cruickshank (Rex Adams); and her sister Ouida Faye Cole Jenkins. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to a drug/alcohol rehabilitation facility of the donor's choice in memory of Clarice.
