She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Herbert Powell; and her children, Susan Powell-Jiles and James "Bobby" Barnett. She is survived by: her children, Darryl Barnett (LaCresha), Teresa Benitez, Walter Powell II (Delores), Mike Barnett (Linda) and Debra Powell (Melissa); her grandchildren, James, Darryl, Shannon, Dewanna, Joseph, Ashlee, Cortni, Alex, Alicia, Thadius, Reba, Eva, Devon, MaKenzie and Madison; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Dylan, Alexis, Matthew, Silas, Tucker, Levi, Kylie, Norah, Jaxson, Riley, Elanah, Scarlett, Ramona, Susan, Sebastian, Zoe, Eli, Brantley and Isabelle.

The family is requesting any donations be given to the charity of your choice in her name.
