She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph M. Freeman and Edith Louise Johnson; her husband William Tanner (Buck); her children, Steven Tanner (Randy), Michael Tanner (Dale) and Edith J. Lineberry (Tanner); and her grandson James Roscoe Tanner II.

She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph Freeman (Joe) of Brandon, FL, Dale Freeman of Jacksonville, Johnny Freeman of Tampa Bay, Carolyn Freeman of Tampa Bay and Elaine Burke of Tampa Bay; her sons, William Tanner (Billy) of Plant City, FL, Robert Tanner (Bobby) of Tampa Bay, FL. and James Roscoe Tanner (Jimmy) of Tampa Bay, FL.; and her grandchildren, Tracy Ramsey of Canton, GA, Kimberly Presley of Canton, GA, Tami Tanner of Knoxville, TN, Sean Tanner of Brandon, FL, Amy Tanner Thornton of Greenville, AL, Amber Tanner Ross of Tampa, Tiffany Tanner of Tampa and Austin Buck Tanner of Port Orange, FL.. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
