It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Blackburn of Plant City, Florida, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Black and Elizabeth Revis Black; her husband Lowery Blackburn; her son Anthony Thomas Fox; her siblings, Mary Dean Black, Dewey Black and Glenn Black; and her sister-in-law Mary Black.

She is survived by: her children, Daniel Fox, Paula White, Sandra Saunders, Elizabeth Cordero and Brenda Blackburn. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and good friends.

In lieu of flowers if so desired, donations can be made to the Seffner Christian Academy or Moffit Cancer Center.
