He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Otto and Doris Otto (McKee); and his father-in-law Herbert Stallard. He is survived by: his wife Ginger; his sons, Scott Martin (Emily) and Sean Michael (Michelle); his granddaughter Savannah Leigh; his mother-in-law Della Stallard; and his siblings-in-law, Nita Stallard, Cindy Wheeler (Mark), Steve Stallard (Carla) and Andy (Penny). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
