He is survived by: his wife Dolores (Lithgow); his stepson Dr. Theodore Lithgow; and his cousins, Fred Palmer of Wilmington, Virginia Scott of Milford and Robert Donovan of Salisbury, MD.. He is also survived by six step grandchildren, and three step great grandchildren.
