He is survived by: his wife Jenny Lewis; his son William Scott Lewis; his stepsons, George Flummer and Gary Flummer (Tina); and his brothers, Stephen Mack and Kim Mack. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
