She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Hayward and Esta Hayward (Stewart); and her children, Jerry, Ronald, Bruce Hubbartt and Wanda Hubbartt.
She is survived by: her children, Genell Guy and Donald Hubbartt of Pinellas Park, FL. She is also survived by three step children, eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
