She is survived by: her husband Bill Stapleton; her siblings, Jeremy Carmen, Dennis Carmen, Donald Bayless and Mardee Bayless; and her children, Michael Irvin of Bloomington, Marshall Irvin of New York City, N. Y. and Shannon Irvin of Pinellas Park. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren.
