He was predeceased by: his mother Carole Mayo. He is survived by: his father Dave Mayo; his wife Donna; his children, Larkin Stetler (Barry), Paul Mayo II (Cathy) and Brittany LaDuke (Grant); and his grandchildren, John, Barrett Stetler, Paul III, Jackson Mayo, Grant, Sadie and Isla LaDuke.
