She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Powell and Dorothy Powell; her daughter Theresa Ann Gilmore (Arthur) of St. Petersburg, Florida; her husband James Scott; and her son Paul Scott. She was also cherished by two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
